Just open up the cheat window and type in motherlode
just spelled like that no a in motherlode and then ull have 50,000 on your sims money thing, but you have to do it in a house not in the neighborhood

motherlode will get you 50000 simoleons
kaching will get you 1000
OR
go to the neighbor hood view and type in familyfunds FamilyName number if you need more help just type in help and if you need out of the big box type in exit.
