   well have you tried going on the mofunzone website then go onto cheats select pc and go onto the t section

   press ctrl-shift-c all together then a small box opens up at the top. Type your cheat there and press enter. You should be at our family’s lot when you do that one.

   To build from an empty lot, you need to be in the neighborhood view that shows all the homes in one neighborhood.

   There’s a control icon on the bottom left. The three people standing is the family bin icon, the next one has a house at about eleven oclock.

   Click on the house one and you’ll see the houses available. There’s a tab at the top with an icon of a house on a square, then below that, is a plain square without the house. You pick the square, cos that’s where the empty lots are, and you choose the size of the lot you want to use, then drag it to your construction location.

   Then decide if it will be a commercial lot or a residential one and give it a name. After it’s planted, then it will have a white mouseover pop up with the price. Now click on it to start building
