I’m not sure about gta but every game I play like Bf2 and NFS most wanted, I just hit “Print Screen” key( Button above Insert and delete) and it snaps a shot to my clip board. You then go into any photo software ( such as photoshop or ms paint) Click paste and there it is for you to edit or save.
You can only take 1 snapshot at a time…..If you keep hitting print screen, it will replace your previous snapshot on the clip board. You must pause the game and go to photo software and save after each 1.

To take a camera – Type the cheat code for getting the thugs tools
i.e LXGIWYL
That will give the set of the thugs tools which includes the camera too
to have infinte ammo type the cheat code -FULLCLIP
By typing this cheat code your ammo will always be full.
