Yes, you can have kids, if you are talking about the sims, you have to get them in a bed or hot tub or car and choose the option to whoohoo(if the two sims’s relationship is high enough). For puppies and kittens, you have to buy a dog house that has a door, and click on the dog that you want to have puppies and choose the option *try for puppies with…*
You delete a family in the neighborhood menu screen. If your family is already in a house, you must have them leave the house and then drag the family to the trashcan icon on the family screen. To leave a house, simply click on the family icon with the arrow in the blue area of the screen. If you hold your mouse over the icons, it will tell you want they are.
for a money cheat, try ctrl+alt+c and type in kaching. it’s only for a thousand, but it might work better than motherlode.

“The Sims 2″ cheat menu is reached through pressing control + shift + c.
kaching – 1000 simoleans
motherlode – 50,000 simoleans
expand – expands or contracts cheat window
moveobjects on (or off) – Move unmovable objects.
aging on (or off) – Turns the aging process off or on
terraintype (desert/temperate) – For use in the neighborhood view, this will change the terrain.
faceBlendLimits -on/off – This cheat code turns off ****** bounding limitations for the Create-A-Family. It prevents the normal corrections the game will make for two parents with very different ****** structures, which can result in very unusual children.
DeleteAllCharacters – Deletes all families, use in the neighborhood screen.

1) yes you can.make them go to the bed and relax. then make one click on the other and say cuddle.Next click on him/her again and click try for baby do it again and again until you here the baby music and shre is pregnabt.
2)First move them out of the house and click the trash button.
3) Go to the move family button on the main screen of your town
4) Make sure you spelled it correct one mistake can ruin everything. Also here are some more cheats:
move_objects on (makes it so that when you go to buy mode you can pick up your sim and move him/her anywhere. Also makes you be able to delete objects you normally couldne such as puddles.)
move_objects off (undos the one above)
max motives (makes all your motives such as bladder and hunger all the way up)
AspirationLevel 5 (puts your aspiration in platinum)
UnlockCareerRewards (makes it so that you can have all the career rewards)
