looks like a fraud code and that is usually a felony.
Edit it may be a misdemeaner due to being under 1,000 dollars, call the court and ask them.

This will be charged as theft of services. Did you ask this last week or is parking permit fraud getting more popular? You will be given informal probation and pay a $50 fine.
When the judge calls your name, just plead guilty and accept your sentence. If you are worried about that, you can ask the judge to give you an “indicated sentence” first. This is where, without admitting guilt, you are requesting to know what sentence you will receive if you plead guilty.
